Issuance of Refunds
1. The processing time of your refund depends on the Returning of The Product.2. The refund period / process starts when Fishman Cart has processed your refund receiving the product .3. The refund amount covers the item price and Half shipping fee for your returned product.Refund Types
Fishman Cart will process your refund according to the following refund types
1. Refund from returns - Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed(successful) Refund is automatically processed to your Fishman Cart Wallet. To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy. NOTE: Unpacking Video must needed. For A Successful Refund Request.
2. Refunds from cancelled orders - Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed to your Fishman Cart Wallet .
3. Refunds from failed deliveries - Refund process starts when the item has reached the Fishman Cart Warehouse. Please take note that this may take more time depending on the area of your shipping address.
4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may be non-refundable, such as [Fish, Live Plant]
5. Changes to the Policy: We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
পণ্য গ্রহনের পরে আপনি পণ্যের যে কোন সমস্যায় (যেমন : পণ্য ভাঙ্গা , ছেঁড়া, পণ্য কাজ না করা, ছবির সাথে পণ্যের মিল না থাকা ইত্যাদি) ক্ষেত্রে আপনি পরিবর্তিন করে টাকা ফেরত নিতে পারবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে পণ্য গ্রহনের পর সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আপনি www.fishmmancart.com গিয়ে অডার অপশন গিয়ে রিটারন অ্যাপলাই করতে হবে সাথে সাথে পণ্যটি Fishman Cart এর warehouse পাঠিয়ে দিতে হবে পণ্যটি হাতে পেয়ে QC করার পর পণ্যের মুল্য আপনার Fishman Cart এর Wallet দিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। রিটানের / রিফান্ডের জন্য আন প্যাকিং এর ভিডিও আর ছবি থাকতে হবে। পণ্য Fishman Cart এর Warehouse এ পাঠিয়ে অডার নম্বার সহ প্যাকিং খোলার ভিডিও সহ WhatsApp এ প্রদান করতে হবে । উল্লেখ্য যে, আপনার মনের পরিবর্তনের ফলে কোন পণ্য রিপ্লেস করলে হলে কুরিয়ার খরচ আপনাকে বহন করতে হবে এবং Fishman Cart কর্তৃক কোন পণ্যে সমস্যা থাকলে সেটা Fishman Cart বহন করবে। আপনার - প্রশ্ন - মতামত – অভিযোগ আমাদের জানান- ফোন: +8809697475446, ই-মেইল: info@fishmancart.com
